Schedule 1        Amendments (section 3) [1]         Subclause 4 (3) omit [2]         Schedule, item 38 substitute 38            A person who, on or after 1 August 1998, became or becomes a person to whom Division 2 or 3 of Part IV of the Public Service Act applies, unless the person is a person who is a PSS member because of a Declaration made under paragraph 6 (i) (j) of the 1990 Act.
