    1Name of Regulations [see Note 1]

 These Regulations are the Superannuation (PSS) Fees Regulations 1993.

2Interpretation

 In these Regulations, Act means the Superannuation Act 1990.

3Payment of fees – subsection 40 (1) of the Act

 For the purposes of subsection 40 (1) of the Act, a fee of $150.00 is payable by a person who, under the Rules, requests CSC to reconsider one of its decisions.
