Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 6

I, RALPH WILLIS, Minister of State for Finance, make the following Declaration under section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990.

Citation

1.  This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 6.

Commencement

2.  (1)   Subclause 3 (1) is taken to have commenced on 3 April 1991.

(2)  Subclause 3 (2) is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1992.

(3)  Subclause 3 (3) is taken to have commenced on 3 February 1992.

Approved authorities

3.  (1) The following are declared, under paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990, to be approved authorities for the purposes of that Act:

(a)  the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commercial Development Corporation;

(b)  the Grains Research and Development Corporation.

(2)  Totalcare Industries Limited is declared, under paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990, to be an approved authority for the purposes of that Act.

(3) The Australian Fisheries Management Authority is declared, under paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990, to be an approved authority for the purposes of that Act.
