Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 14

I, KIM CHRISTIAN BEAZLEY, Minister for Finance, make the following Declaration under section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990.

Citation

1.   This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 14.

Commencement

2.   This Declaration commences on 1 December 1994.

Approved Authority

3.   For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990, the Australian International Hotel School is declared to be an approved authority for the purposes of that Act.
