Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 10

I, RALPH WILLIS, Minister for Finance, make the following Declaration under section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990.

Citation

1.   This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 10.

Commencement

2.   (1)    Subclause 4 (1) is taken to have commenced on 1 March 1993.

(2)   Subclause 4 (3) commences when the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Act 1992 commences.

Interpretation

3.   In this Declaration:

“Act” means the Superannuation Act 1990.

Approved authorities

4.   (1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Act, the Australian National Training Authority is declared to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act.

(2) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Act, the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation is declared to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act.

(3) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Act, the National Registration Authority for Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals is declared to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act.
