Commencement 1.1 Subclause 3.1 is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1996. 1.2 Subclause 3.2 is taken to have commenced on 16 January 1996. 2. Amendment 2.1 The Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration is amended as set out in this Declaration. 3. Clause 4 (Approved authorities) 3.1 After: “Private Health Insurance Administration Council”, insert: “Private Health Insurance Complaints Commissioner”. 3.2 After: “ACTEW Corporation Limited”, insert: “Australia Foundation for Culture and the Humanities Ltd.”.
