(1) OF THE SUPERANNUATION (PRODUCTIVITY BENEFIT) ACT 1988
1. This Declaration may be cited as "Superannuation (Productivity Benefit) Declaration No. 4".

2. This Declaration takes effect from 1 January 1988.
