s1 2 s3 Superannuation Legislation (Repeals) No. 4, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation Legislation (Repeals) Regulation 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 February 1996. ˙ Repeals 3. The following instruments of subordinate legislation are repealed— • all orders in council made before the commencement under the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Act 1990 , section 13 • Superannuation (State Public Sector) Regulation 1991 • Superannuation (State Public Sector—Excepted Persons) Regulation 1994 No. 89 • Superannuation (Government and Other Employees) Regulation1994 No. 225.
