This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation Legislation Regulation 1996 . ˙ Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 1995, ss 15, 19, 28, 35 and 47—commencement 2.(1) In this section— “postponed laws” means the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act1995 , sections 15, 19, 28, 35 and 47. (2) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed laws is extended to 12 June 1997. ˙ Expiry 3.
