Act 2000 No 114—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Superannuation Legislation Amendment (Same Sex Partners) Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 19 January 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.
