Superannuation Legislation Amendment (MySuper Core Provisions) Act 2012

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 4 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Superannuation Legislation Amendment (MySuper Core Provisions) Act 2012, fix 1 January 2013 as the day on which items 3 to 14 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
