I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 2010, fix 1 December 2010 as the day on which items 1 to 5 of Schedule 2 to that Act commence.
