Regulation 6 of the Superannuation (Investment) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:
“(k) in a joint venture (that is to say, a business or other industrial or commercial undertaking that is carried on by 2 or more persons in common otherwise than as partners).”.
