Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993

I, Ross Jones, a delegate of APRA, under section 335 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (the Act) REVOKE Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 Modification Declaration No. 23 made on 12 January 1999.

This instrument comes into effect on 1 July 2013.
