1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 10).

2Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2004.

3Amendment of Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations 1994

Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations 1994.

   the member has reached age 75, and the member’s 75th birthday occurs on or after 1 July 2004;
