1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Tax Laws Amendment (2010 Measures No. 1) Act 2010.

1. Amendment of Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Regulations 1993

Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Regulations 1993.

For the purposes of subsection 79A (3) of the Act, Medicare Australia is specified.
