2 Superannuation (Government and Other Employees) Amendment of Articles (No. 1) No. 126, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (Government and Other Employees) Amendment of Articles Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Approval of amendment of Articles of the Government Officers’ Superannuation Scheme 2. The amendment of The Articles of the Government Officers’ Superannuation Scheme set out in this order is approved. 1 ˙ Amendment of Article 8 (BENEFITS) 3. Article 8(2)(e)— omit, insert— ‘ (e) death of the Member; or (f) approval for the payment to the Member having been obtained in writing from the Insurance and Superannuation Commissioner (Commonwealth). ’. 1 The Articles were initially published in the Gazette dated 30 June 1988 at pages 2503 to 2511.
