Superannuation (Former Eligible Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Superannuation (Former Eligible Employees) Regulations

are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Holders of statutory office in, Australian Postal Corporation)

2.1 Paragraph 8 (a):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(a) by reason of becoming a member of the Australia Post

Superannuation Scheme:

(i) on or after 1 July 1990 but before 1 March 1991; or

(ii) on or after 1 November 1994 but before 1 March 1995; and".
