Superannuation (Former Eligible Employees) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the SuperannuationAct 1976.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Superannuation (Former Eligible Employees) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule 5 (Modification—Employees of, and holders of statutory offices in, Australian Postal Corporation, Australian Telecommunications Corporation, and Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation)

2.1   Substituted subsection 133 (1):

After “Minister” (wherever occurring), insert “, with the consent of the Board,”.

2.2   Substituted subsection 133 (2):

After “Minister”, insert “, with the consent of the Board,” .
