Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Persons not included in definition of “eligible employee”

Regulation 4 of the Superannuation (Eligible Employees) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting sub-paragraph (o) (ii) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(ii) who are members of a superannuation scheme; and”; and

(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (o) (iii) “by an employer” (wherever occurring).
