2 Superannuation (Definition of Employee— SEQWB) No. 177, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (Definition of Employee—SEQWB) Order 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Employees 3. For the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition ‘Employee’ in Article 3(1) of The Articles of the Government Officers’ SuperannuationScheme, employees of the South East Queensland Water Board (other than employees who are or who become members of the State Public Sector Superannuation Scheme) are approved to be members of the Scheme.
