2 Superannuation (Definition of Employee—Raine No. 315, 1993 Island Corporation) ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (Definition of Employee—Raine Island Corporation) Order 1993 . ˙ Employees 2. For the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition “employee” in Article 3(1) of The Articles of the Government Officers’ SuperannuationScheme, employees of the Raine Island Corporation (other than employees who are or who become members of the State Public Sector Superannuation Scheme) are approved to be members of the Scheme.
