2 Superannuation (Definition of No. 443, 1993 Employee—Queensland Performing Arts Trust) ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (Definition of Employee—Queensland Performing Arts Trust) Order 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 1 January 1994. ˙ Employee 3. For the purposes of the definition “employee” in Article 3(1)(e) of The ArticlesoftheGovernmentOfficers’SuperannuationScheme, employees of the Queensland Performing Arts Trust are approved to be members of the scheme.
