This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (Definition of Employee) Order (No. 2) 1991 . Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 9 December 1991. Employees 3. For the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition “Employee” in Article 3(1) of The Articles of the Government Officers’ SuperannuationScheme, employees of the Rockhampton Port Authority (other than employees who are or who become members of the State Public Sector Superannuation Scheme) are approved to be members of the scheme.
