2 Superannuation (Definition of Employee) (No. 1) No. 170, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (Definition of Employee) Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Employees 2.(1) For the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition ‘Employee’ in Article 3(1) of The Articles of the Government Officers’ SuperannuationScheme— (a) a person who, in the opinion of the Minister, works under a contract that is wholly or principally for the labour of the person is approved to be a member of the Scheme; and (b) a person who holds, or performs the duties of, an appointment, office or position under a law of the State is approved to be a member of the Scheme. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who is a member of another superannuation scheme that the Minister determines is a scheme to which this subsection applies. ENDNOTES 1.
