I, PENELOPE YING YEN WONG, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, make this Approval under subsection 3(1) of the Superannuation Act 1976.

Name of Approval
This Approval is the Superannuation (CSS) Temporary Employee Approval 2011 (No. 1).
Commencement
This Approval commences immediately after the commencement of Part 3 of the Australian Civilian Corps Act 2011.
Temporary employees
A person who is engaged, otherwise than in a permanent capacity, as an Australian Civilian Corps employee for employment outside Australia only, for employment on a full-time basis is included in a class of persons for the purposes of the definition of “temporary employee” in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1976 if the person was an eligible employee immediately before becoming so employed.
