Superannuation (CSS) Salary Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Superannuation (CSS) Salary Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule 1 (Percentage rates for certain eligible employees)

2.1   Part 1 (Employees of certain authorities or bodies):

Item 1:

Omit the item, substitute:

“1 Airservices Australia 70

 2 Civil Aviation Safety Authority 77”.

2.2   Part 2 (Persons appointed or employed under certain laws):

Item 1:

Omit “70”, substitute “77”.

 

2.3   Part 2 (Persons appointed or employed under certain laws):

Add at the end:

“2 Air Services Act 1995 70”.
