Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Employee Exclusion Declaration No. 3

I, RALPH WILLIS, Minister of State for Finance, make the following Declaration under section 110E of the Superannuation Act 1976.

Citation

1.   This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Employee Exclusion Declaration No. 3.

Commencement

2.   This Declaration commences on 1 July 1993.

Exclusions

3.   Eligible employees who:

(a)   were employees of, or the holders of statutory office in, OTC Limited on 31 January 1992; and

(b)   became employees of, or the holders of statutory office in, the Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation on 1 February 1992;

are not productivity employees for the purposes of Part VIA of the Superannuation Act 1976.
