Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Employee Exclusion Declaration No. 2

I, RALPH WILLIS, Minister of State for Finance, make the following Declaration under section 110E of the Superannuation Act 1976.

Citation

1.  This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Employee Exclusion Declaration No. 2.

Commencement

2.  This Declaration is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1990.

Exclusions

3.  The following classes of eligible employees are not to be productivity employees for the purposes of Part VIA of the Superannuation Act 1976:

(a)  holders of statutory offices in the Northern Land Council;

(b)  employees of the Northern Land Council;

(c)  employees of the Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation Limited.
