  1. This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Productivity
Employee Exclusion Declaration No. 1.

Commencement 


  2. This Declaration has effect from 1 July 1990.

Exclusions 


  3. Eligible employees included in the following classes are not productivity
employees for the purposes of Part VIA of the Superannuation Act 1976:

  (a)  eligible employees who are the holders of statutory office under a

law of the Northern Territory;

  (b)  eligible employees who are employees of, or the holders of

statutory office with:

       (i)  the Australian National Railways Commission; or

      (ii)  the Australian Postal Commission; or

     (iii)  the Australian Telecommunications Corporation; or

      (iv)  the Civil Aviation Authority; or

       (v)  the Federal Airports Corporation;

  (c)  eligible employees who are employees or directors of Australian

Defence Industries Ltd.

Repeal 


  4. Statutory Rules 1990 Nos. 168, 169, 170 and 171 are repealed.
