Superannuation (CSS) Continuing Contributions for Benefits Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 23 June 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Superannuation (CSS) Continuing Contributions for Benefits Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 3 (Modifications of the Act in its application to certain fixed-term office holders and employees)

3.1   Subitem 2.1 (subparagraph 58A (1) (c) (ii)):

Omit “paragraph 57B (d) or (e)”, substitute “paragraph 57B (1) (d) or (e)”.

 

3.2   Subitem 3.1 (subparagraph 58B (1) (c) (iv)):

Omit “paragraph 57B (d) or (e)”, substitute “paragraph 57B (1) (d) or (e)”.
