Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration² (Amendment)

I, KIM CHRISTIAN BEAZLEY, Minister for Finance, make the following Declaration under subsection 3 (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976.

1.   Commencement

1.1   This Declaration is taken to have commenced on 27 July 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration is amended as set out in this Declaration.

3.   Clause 4 (Approved authorities)

3.1   After:

“Australian Maritime College”,

insert:

“Australian Maritime Safety Authority”.
