1  Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration 1995.

2  Authority

This instrument is made under paragraph (a) of the definition of approved authority in subsection 3(1) of the Superannuation Act 1976.

3  Interpretation

In this Declaration, unless the contrary intention appears:

the Act means the Superannuation Act 1976.

4  Approved authorities

Each of the following authorities or bodies is declared, under paragraph (a) of the definition of approved authority in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act:

The Legislation Act 2003 authorises First Parliamentary Counsel to make editorial and presentational changes to a compiled law in preparing a compilation of the law for registration.
