Superannuation (Cost of Administration) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Interpretation

1. Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Cost of Administration) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulations (2) and (3).

Costs of administration of Fund

2. Regulation 3 of the Superannuation (Cost of Administration) Regulations is amended by omitting all the words after “all” and substituting “such costs”.

Application of amendments

3. The amendments made by regulations 1 and 2 have effect in relation to—

(a) costs accruing on or after 1 July 1984; and

(b) costs accrued, or accruing, before, but not paid before, that date.
