Superannuation Benefit (Interim

Arrangement) (Continuous Service)

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL ofthe Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Superannuation Benefit (Interim Arrangement) Act 1988.

Classes of persons for determining qualifying service

Regulation 2 of the Superannuation Benefit (Interim Arrangement) (Continuous Service) Regulations is amended by omitting subparagraph (zd) (xiii) and substituting the following subparagraphs:

“(xiii) storemen; or

(xiv) stores assistants.”.
