SUPERANNUATION (AXIOM FUNDS MANAGEMENT

CORPORATION) ACT 1996—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Superannuation (Axiom Funds Management Corporation) Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 1996 as the day on which that Act commences except for the following provisions:

(a)	Part 3,
(b)	Part 4,
(c)	section 71,
(d)	Schedules 2, 3 and 4.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the Superannuation (Axiom Funds
Management Corporation) Act 1996, except for the provisions relating to the conversion

of the Axiom Funds Management Corporation to a company and its subsequent sale.
