Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1989.

Approved Authorities

2. Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting:

“Alice Springs College of Technical and Further Education”

after:

“Aerospace Technologies of Australia Pty Ltd”;

(b) by inserting:

“Batchelor College”

after:

“Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation”;

 

(c) by inserting:

“Katherine Rural College”

after:

“Institute of Family Studies”;

(d) by inserting:

“Northern Territory Open College of Technical and Further Education”

after:

“Northern Territory of Australia”.
