I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of section 12 of the Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation (Conversion into Public Company) Act 1989.

2. Regulation 2 of the Superanuuation (Approved Authorities)

Regulations is amended by inserting:

"Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation Limited"

after:

"Power and Water Authority".
