REGULATION UNDER THE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976*

I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth ofAustralia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Superannuation Act 1976.

AMENDMENT OF THE SUPERANNUATION(APPROVED AUTHORITIES) REGULATIONS 

Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation is substituted:

Approved authorities

“ 2. Each of the following bodies is an approved authority for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1976:

Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation

Calvary Hospital A.C.T. Incorporated

Canberra Commercial Development Authority

Commonwealth Hostels Limited

Legal Aid Commission (A.C.T.).”.
