Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Approved authorities

1. Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting “Canberra Showground Trust” after “Canberra Commercial Development Authority”; and

(b) by inserting “Milk Authority of the Australian Capital Territory” after “Legal Aid Commission (A.C.T.)”.

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 14 December 1981.
