Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Commencement

1. (1) Subregulation 3 (1) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 27 April 1987.

(2) Subregulation 3 (2) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 24 December 1986.

(3) Subregulations 3 (3) and 3 (4) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 1 July 1987.

(4) Subregulation 3 (5) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 1 September 1986.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations.

 

Approved authorities

3. (1) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation”

after:

“Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation”.

(2) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting:

“Northern Territory Development Corporation”.

(3) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting:

“Northern Territory Electricity Commission”.

(4) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“Power and Water Authority”

after:

“Pork Promotion Committee”.

(5) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“Trade Development Zone Authority”

after:

“Superannuation Fund Investment Trust”.
