Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Commencement

1. Subregulations 3 (1) and 3 (2) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 1 August 1987.

Principal Regulations

2.In these Regulations:

“Principal Regulations” means the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations.

Approved authorities

3. (1) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting:

“Pork Promotion Committee”.

(2) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“Australian Pork Corporation”

after:

“Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation”.

(3) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“Australian Meat and Live-stock Research and Development Corporation”

after:

“Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation”.
