Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Commencement

1. (1) Subregulation 3 (1) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 4 January 1988.

(2) Subregulation 3 (2) shall be deemed to have taken effect from an including 8 February 1988.

Principal Regulations

2.In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations.

Approved authorities

3. (1) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“A.C.T. Institute of Technical and Further Education”

after:

“Aboriginal Sacred Sites Protection Authority”.

(2) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“Canberra Institute of the Arts”

after:

“Canberra Commercial Development Authority”.
