Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Commencement

1. (1) Subregulation 3 (1) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 1 August 1988.

(2) Subregulation 3 (2) commences on 1 January 1989.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations.

Approved authorities

3. (1) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“Horticultural Research and Development Corporation”

after:

“High Court of Australia”.

 

(2) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting:

(i) “Darwin Institute of Technology”; and

(ii) “University College of the Northern Territory”; and

(b) by inserting:

“Northern Territory University”

after

“Northern Territory Tourist Commission”.
