Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Commencement

1. (1) Subregulation 2 (1) shall be taken to have commenced on 1 July 1988.

(2) Subregulation 2 (2) shall be taken to have commenced on 11 July 1988.

Approved Authorities

2. (1) Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting:

“Australian Capital Territory Electricity and Water Authority”

after:

“Australian Canned Fruits Corporation”;

(b) by inserting:

“Film Australia Pty. Limited”

after:

“Darwin Institute of Technology”.

(2) Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Approved Authorities) Regulations is amended by inserting:

“Coselco Mimotopes Pty. Ltd.”

after:

“Commonwealth Accommodation and Catering Services Limited”.
