AN ACT to amend the Superannuation and Family
Benefits Act, 1938-1964.
[Assented to 17th December, 1965.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Benefits.
2. This Act shall come into operation on the iCno:nn;r.kence-
fourteenth day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and sixty-six.

5. Section thirty-seven A of the principal Act is =tied

(1) The unit of pension as from the coming into operation of the Superannuation and Family Benefits Act Amendment Act, 1965, is
| (a) | one hundred and forty-nine dollars fifty cents per annum for each of the first two units of pension; |
