AN ACT to amend the Superannuation and Family

Benefits Act, 1938-1963.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

emended. 2. Section twenty-five of the principal Act is

amended

(a)	by substituting for the passage, "aforesaid." in the last line of paragraph (b) of sub- section (1), the passage, "aforesaid, and"; and
(b)	by adding after paragraph (b) of subsection (1), the following paragraph

(c) the acquisition of any land and the construction on that land of a building or buildings for the purposes of providing office accommodation for the Board and its secretary and staff and such tenants as may be approved from time to time, or the acquisition of any land and buildings thereon for those purposes. .
