I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include TJS Services Group Pty Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 3
to the Superannuation Act 1916. As a result, a certain former employee of the Construction Services Group
business unit in the NSW Public Works Division of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation
and contributor to the State Superannuation Fund, whose employment was transferred to TJS Services
Group Pty Limited (pursuant to an offer of employment under the agreement between TJS Services Group
Pty Limited and the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation dated 1 July 2016 and known as the
Asset Sale Agreement) will continue to be a contributor to that Fund for the purposes of that Act.
This amendment is taken to have commenced on 1 August 2016.
This Order is made under section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916.
