Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the Superannuation Act 1916 to provide for former employees of New South Wales Lotteries Corporation who became employees of Tatts Employment Co (NSW) Pty Ltd on 31 March 2010 to retain membership of the State Superannuation Scheme.

This Order is made under section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Superannuation Amendment (Tatts Employment Co
(NSW) Pty Ltd) Order 2010.

2      Commencement

(1)	This Order is taken to have commenced on 31 March 2010, except as otherwise provided by this clause, and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
(2)	Clause 3 (2) commences on 29 April 2010.

3 Amendment of Superannuation Act 1916

(1) Schedule 3 List of employers

Insert at the end of Part 1:

Tatts Employment Co (NSW) Pty Ltd (limited to persons who, immediately before 31 March 2010, were employees of New South Wales Lotteries Corporation)

(2)	Schedule 3
Omit “New South Wales Lotteries Corporation” from Part 1.
