I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include Sunset Power International Pty Ltd in the list of employers in Schedule 3 to the Superannuation Act 1916. This will mean that employees of Delta Electricity whose employment is transferred to Sunset Power International Pty Ltd following the sale by Delta Electricity of its Vales Point generation assets to Sunset Power International Pty Ltd will continue to be employees for the purposes of the Act.
This Order is made under section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916.

This Order commences on 17 December 2015 and is required to be published on the

Insert at the end of Part 1:

Sunset Power International Pty Ltd, limited to those employees whose employment is transferred from Delta Electricity to Sunset Power International Pty Ltd pursuant to offers of employment made under the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 19 November 2015 between Delta Electricity and Sunset Power International Pty Ltd
